QA Team Leader (#MD03)
The right person for this job is a hands-on testing champion. If you don’t like to actually test systems don’t bother applying. We want you to build our QA team and lead to higher quality levels, which will require technical acumen and managerial leadership. You will also be our fearless leader and gatekeeper of quality, so don’t hesitate telling us when our work is less than stellar.
Job Requirements:
• Hands-on!
• Experienced in QA leadership positions (at least 3 years)
• Experience creating test plans and documents
• Experience in testing methodologies
• Experience testing large-scale software systems
• Experience testing client-server systems
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Project- and results-oriented
• Experience with Scrum or other Agile software development processes
• Experienced with automated testing (we want you to work on automation so you don’t do repetitive, boring work later)
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• A great team player
• A fast learner
• Great command of English, written and spoken
You get bonus points for:
• Being an avid gamer!
• B.A. or M.A. in Computer Science or a related field
• Gaming industry experience (but not too much, we like fresh minds)
• Great communication skills with remote team members
