QA team lead

As a Tester you will be responsible for testing a variety of software on platforms ranging from mobile devices to video game consoles. You will be tasked with inputting defects (bugs) into the project database as well as working with developers on a daily basis. Teamwork and a professional attitude are key in this role. Communication skills, both written and oral must be professional and accurate. Strong interpersonal skills are very important as well as you will be working with a project lead and other testers.


Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience testing applications or services;
- Background and experience in testing is a must;
- Excellent problems solving skills with an ability to understand and translate complex product requirements into relevant and complete test cases;
- Demonstrated experience writing end-to-end test plans for complex products;
- Experience working with databases as a user a plus;
- Experience with some software automation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- We expect our candidate to learn quickly, take the initiative to learn more by using internet resources and collaborate with team

You will be responsible for:
- Establish test build environement, lead a team of QA engeneers
- Create and maintain build environment and manage release engineering process
- Translate the product requirements into a system test plan
- Write test scripts, and test programs to facilitate system tests;
- Work closely with Development in testing and resolving issues
- Conduct product architecture reviews, analysis and tests;
- Work closely with management to analyze results, communicate reports and test results.
