Business Plane Logistics an International company specialized in time critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Kishinev, it is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem solving skills to work.
Report to the CFO the candidate will be in charge of:
• Responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Global Quality Agreement Program initiatives (governance, oversight, processes and services) by collaborating cross-functionally and geographically with key stakeholders
• Responsible for managing the Quality (Technical) Agreement (QAG) life-cycle process (processing requests, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, routing for approvals/signatures, archiving, amending/revising, conducting periodic reviews, and retiring, creating training materials) for customers and suppliers
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, standards, SOPs, work instruction/job aids for the management of QAGs and compliance monitoring thereof
• Responsible for data entry in our systems
• Responsible for the team training and the onboarding
Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• English level (C1) at least
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the quality process
• Demonstrates excellent technical/business/legal writing skills; must have strong document or contract management skills (word processing/formatting)
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel
• Critical and analytical accounting skills
• High attention to details and follow standard procedure
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
We offer a full time contract with attractive salary based on the experience
