Project officer

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, invites applications for the Project Officer position.

Duration: Full-time
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Refine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop project work plan and ensure the timely completion and alert senior project manager of any deviations
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Managing administrative and budgetary aspects of project implementation
• Organize project events
• Conduct project related research tasks
• Maintain communication and business correspondence with BFC partners, cli-ents and beneficiaries
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking
• 2-3 years’ experience in working in international financial projects
• Excellent writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative
• Fluency in English and Russian, knowledge of French or German is an asset
