Project Officer
Position Type: Part-time

LLC Centre for Strategy and Development (CSD) – Region
The Centre for Strategy and Development (CSD) is a regional policy and consulting organisation working on governance reform, foreign policy, security, EU integration and strategic communications across Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
CSD Consulting Georgia is seeking a Project Officer to support the implementation of the organisation’s activities in Moldova.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Officer will support the implementation of donor-funded projects, particularly in the areas of good governance, communication, foreign affairs, and security policy , and will be responsible for:
• Maintaining regular communication with government authorities regarding project activities, meetings, and deliverables
• Liaising with private-sector actors and civil-society organisations involved in project implementation
• Coordinating and supporting the implementation of project activities in the fields of foreign affairs, security policy, and international cooperation
• Assisting in the organisation of meetings, consultations, workshops, and events
• Supporting reporting, documentation, and coordination with international partners and donors
Required Qualifications
• Fluency in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
• Proven experience working with donor-funded projects (EU, international donors or similar)
• University degree in international relations, political science, public policy, law, or a related field
Assets
• Strong networking, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working with government institutions, international organisations, or civil society on donor-funded projects
• Familiarity with foreign policy, security or international cooperation fields
