Project Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design and site management.

The project manager will be responsible developing the websites. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate web projects
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Track and report on all site metrics

Required Skills:
- Degrees in Computer science, IT, software engineering, web development, programming or other subjects
- Must have 3 years + experience as a Team Leader in IT company
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, and PHP experience is a MUST
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
