Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management: Responsible for building and leading an efficient operations team, including departments such as marketing, operations, customer service, and finance, ensuring team coordination and achieving company strategic goals.

2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the company, including market positioning, product development, and international market expansion strategies, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.

3. Drive Product Development: Work closely with the existing development team to ensure the development and improvement of mobile games, including feature design, user experience, and game content, to meet the needs and trends of the international market.

4. Expand International Markets: Develop and execute international market expansion plans, including market research, brand promotion, channel expansion, and partnership establishment, to push mobile games into global markets and achieve sales targets.

5. Operations Management: Responsible for the daily operational management of games, including user activities, community management, customer service, and data analysis, continuously optimizing game experience and user retention.

6. Financial Oversight: Supervise the company's financial situation, develop budgets and financial plans, and ensure the company's financial stability and profitability.

7. Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication and coordination with various departments and teams, solve problems, and drive project progress to ensure smooth company operation
