Project manager

Education and professional experience:
• MA degree in social welfare, international relations, and/or other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the NGO field with a focus on civil society development programs;
• Experience in Cash Voucher Program, MHPSS and Social Protection is a must.

Professional requirements:
• Experience with NGOs in management.
• Coordination and negotiation skills with a range of different stakeholders. including local authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, Sectors.
• Previous experience of programme management. Experience in monitoring protection trends and changes in the context, and using this analysis to facilitate decision-making for real time program adaptation and advocacy.
• Experience of and commitment to working through systems of community participation and accountability.
• Budget management and excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience of training and capacity building staff.
• Some experience of representation and ability to represent HEKS/EPER effectively in external forums.
• Knowledge of institutional donors and experience of developing proposals.
• Ability to write clear and well-argued assessment and project reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with working experience in liaising with governmental authorities and local communities as well as national and international institutions.
• Willing to work at least 30% at the field level.

Language:
• Fluency in English skills (both verbal and written).
