Project Manager, Team Leader, Programmer

We are looking on behalf of our client (an international IT service provider), for talented and highly qualified people.

Required skills
• Experience in Java, COBOL, RPG, Flex, Web, C++
• Ability to develop software based on the of business logic description
• Ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories and techniques
• Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications
• Skills and ability to manage Customer Requirements
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently while being flexible and adaptable to rapid change
• Ability to maintain existing applications
• Ability to analyze methods to efficiently address software system requirements
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian, English languages (French would be an advantage)
• Min. experience: 1 - 3 years for required position
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
