PROJECT MANAGER (salary 300 EUR)

We are looking for a highly effective Project Manager to join our team. The candidate should be capable of leveraging structured project management techniques to effectively manage small to large-scale projects across multiple disciplines.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: 3000 EUR
- Working experience not less than five years.
- Perfect knowledge of Actionscript 3.0
- High score ability of scalable server high-load technologies
- Ability to resolve complicated program tasks.
- Deep technical IT skills, project management or leadership experience, and the ability to manage risks.
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, self motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage across multiple divisions: developers, QA, editorial, production

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Create detailed project work plans from estimated scope of work
- Assign project plan tasks to team members
- Effectively communicate a project vision to the team
- Track and manage all project related issues
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
- Participate in developing strategy for the engagement
- Apply consistent approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
