Project Manager for banking project in Kiev

A banking project based in Kiev, which aims to unify several internal applications under one custom-developed front-end – Front-end BUS: Retail support (Bank master), Corporate support; Treasury; and provide single layer for cashiers.
Required skills:
Strong written and verbal Russian and English; Project Management experience in structured teams or equivalent; Previous experience in banking systems and IT background; Desire to lead dynamic and challenging projects; Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle is an advantage;
Good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards;

Responsibilities:
- Project coordination
- Planning
- Scope/time/budget management
- Progress Tracking
- Weekly Progress Meetings with Project Board
- Monthly Reporting Steering Committee
- Accountable to Change Management Division
Process: Use and follow agreed processes, procedures and tools which are used effectively to deliver the defined implementation and IT services to the highest standard.
Communication: Facilitate communication as appropriate within all involved parties and ‘manage’ the stakeholders.
Metrics: Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations; balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
