Project manager assisstant position

Office assistant:
• Drafting of letters and other official correspondence and other relevant
• Copy preparation and circulation of documents
• Filing of project reports, documents and payment receipts.
• Telephone reception and calls, and operation of fax for the Project
• Preparation for official trips to the field (e.g., flight reservation, booking of accommodation and rental car) _ and assistance to International staff
• Logistic arrangements for meetings/training/workshops (e.g., appointments, copies of hand-outs, preparation of other meeting materials)
• Maintain good control of the local EGIS EAU office petty cash account and the local bank accounts as per the instrcutions of the project manager and the project director;
• Regular entry and update of accounting data using the last version of the EGIS EAU accounting software called VOYAGEUR software (this to be provided including training by Egis Eau).
• Facilitate internal communication between Egis Eau experts
• Control external communication as per the instructions of the project manager and the project director
• Ascertain confidentiality of project information a per the instructions of the project managers and the project director
• Assist communication and provide translation at meetings and field visits as required
• Facilitate at workshops and meetings
