Project assistant

A joint venture is seeking a talented person to take the responsibility of the project assistant, which include the following functions:
1. General project documentation and correspondence (local and international)
2. Assisting in contracts preparation
3. Participating in meetings with various stakeholders
4. Drafting briefing notes on various economic and trade issues
5. Drafting project proposals and assisting in project preparation and implementation
6. Administering the database of partners and stakeholders
7. Other related duties
Conditions: Employment contract: part-time (4 hours/day/5 days/week). Competitive salary based on the professional skills related to the tasks above. Working hours are flexible.

Mandatory prerequisites:
a. Fluent in following languages: English, Bulgarian, Romanian. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
b. Diploma in Economics or Economic related areas or Law.
c. Knowledge of MS office and ability to do internet research on economic related subjects.
Driving license is a plus. Students from the second year of University are encouraged to apply.
