Program Manager

LUXOFT company (IBS group of companies), providing software development services, opens
Program Manager position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer.

Responsibilities:

• Successful candidate should have 5-7 years experience in management of a project or a program, consisting of at least 20 people and multiple distributed activities and sub-projects. Experience for bearing sole responsibility for the customer interaction, contracting, and project acceptance is required. Should have experience in working on different contracting models—T&M, FP, risk/reward scheme.
• Candidate should have an ability to recruit, mentor, manage and motivate a distributed team in multiple locations and effectively organize a team of team leads and PMs reporting to him. Experience and willingness to work as a PM and as a senior manager role is required.
• Candidate should have understanding of enterprise applications architecture and should possess practical knowledge about application development processes. Experience working in western institution or for western client is welcome.
• Fluent English is absolutely required.
