Program Associate

The International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) seeks Moldovan candidates to fill the positions of Program Associate (PA). Sponsored by the US Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Citizen Participation Program (CPP) is a five-year program to assist citizens in using democratic process and individual initiative to improve living and social conditions in local communities throughout Moldova.
The PA will help coordinate programmatic needs; prepare monthly and cumulative reports, (with Senior Program Specialist) manage selection process, provide oral and written translations, general administrative and clerical assistance.
Candidates must have a university degree, an understanding of democratic principles and processes; strong computer skills; and oral and written fluency in English, Romanian; Russian required.
