Regional Program Associate for Transnistria (Bender/Tiraspol)
The International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX) seeks Moldovan candidates to fill in the position of Regional Program Associate (RPA) for IREX/CPP Transnistria Regional Center. Sponsored by US Government though the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Moldova Citizen Participation Program (CPP) is a five-year program to assist citizens in using democratic process and individual initiative to improve living and social conditions in local communities throughout Moldova.
The RPA will help coordinate programmatic, administrative and logistical needs; provide oral and written translations, general administrative and clerical assistance.
Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field, an understanding of democratic principles and processes, strong computer skills and oral and written fluency of English and Russian is required. Romanian is preferable.
