As part of our dedicated team, you'll engage in enriching one-on-one online sessions with children aged 5 to 14, focusing on mental arithmetic and stimulating cognitive and mathematical development. Our aim is to craft an interactive, rewarding learning atmosphere that inspires our students to embrace and overcome mathematical challenges with assurance and zest.
We're on the hunt for dynamic online educators to enrich our team. Could that be you?
Your Role:
-Facilitate engaging 25/55-minute online sessions via Zoom and our Abakus platform.
-Monitor and support homework completion.
-Compile monthly progress reports for each student.
-Record student attendance on our platform.
-Tailor and adjust lesson plans to cater to individual student needs, following our curriculum.
We're Seeking Educators Who Are:
-Fluent in English/German/Romanian (B2+ level with clear diction).
-Experienced in teaching young learners (5-12 years old).
-Skilled in using Zoom and adapting to digital teaching platforms.
-Animated and interactive in their teaching style.
-Available for a minimum of 8 hours weekly
- Familiar with Soroban Mental Arithmetic and Math teaching (preferred).
-Holders of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Math, Education, Psychology, or related fields (a significant advantage).
