Main Responsibilities:
- Management of raw materials;
- Management of production capacities;
- Tracking of production volume according to the plan;
- Planning and reporting;
- Application of Health & Safety standards;
- Supervising the production process.
Skills and Specifications:
- Dynamic professional;
- 3+ years managerial experience (preferably production domain) totaling minimum 6 years of professional experience;
- Negotiation and analytical skills;
- Communication skills;
- Critical thinking.
Education and Qualification:
- Engineering/Technical Degree;
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Database);
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistic Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analyses), Quality tools, EHS, Six Sigma;
- Knowledge of H&S standards and their appliance;
- Required languages: Romanian and English.
