PRODUCTION MANAGER

Requirements:
- High technical degree;
- Male, age 27-40 years;
- Work experience min. 3 years;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of English, Russian, Romanian;
- Experience in similar positions(managing a team of 50 subordinates);
- Advanced communication skills, organizational skills;
- Availability to travel and overtime schedule.

Job description:
- Coordinating production departments;
- Organizing and supervising the production flow and activities of the heads of departments;
- Rational arrangement of all workplaces;
- Ensuring the fulfillment in time and complete production, according to established deadlines;
- Monitoring and establishing measures for optimal utilization of production capacities;
- Ensuring cooperation between departments of production and other departments within the organization;
- Checking the rate of consumption.
