Miso Textile SRL announces the following vacancy:
Production Manager, Bălți

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a good production efficiency and good managing of production lines;
- Analyse operators’ individual performance and improve results through line-balancing;
- Arrange an optimal line set-up for each produced model;
- Ensure a flawless operation of all lines in accordance with agreed production plan;
- Follow up the realization of company development objectives;
- Create the discipline of middle-managers and employees under its responsibility;
- Responsible for good operation of all company machines and equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience required: 3-5 years in textile production, managerial position;
- Education: High education preferable in Engineering;
- Language Skills: Fluency in Romanian and Russian written and spoken, English an advantage;
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office literacy;
- Skills: Team Management; Ability to organize efficiently working processes; Practical approach; Good communication and teamwork;
- Self-Motivation and Guidance: Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks.
