Production Manager Assistent

We are a bicycle production plant looking for a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join us as a PRODUCTION MANAGER ASSISTANT

This role will be responsible for delivering the required shipment within the specified timeline based on the order and shipping requirement. Accuracy and timeliness is critical to this role as is the ability to meet targets.
Key responsabilities:
1. Assisting the Production Manager with his daily workload:
Planning production organization, coordination and control
Supervises and ensures optimal, effective use of capacity (workforce, machinery, reducing losses)
2. Supervises and motivates the staff
3. Leads and adjust production process according to the production plan
4. Ensures stock keeping
5. Develops and implements the supporting documentation necessary to monitor the production process
Requirements:
-university degree (technical field an advantage)
-good speaking and writing ability in both English and Romanian
- managerial experience entry level
-experience in manufacturing as PM/Head of area or similar is a great advantage
-experience in painting is an asset
-computer literate (Windows, MS Office)
-honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personal profile
-strong character and highly organized
