Production leader

For our new factory in Comrat, Moldova, we are looking for a
Production Leader

YOUR TASKS:
• Involved in the set-up of the company (incorporation, ERP-system, FEZ) together with Beurer Hungary and Germany
• Establishes the layout & processes in the new factory in co-operation with Beurer HU/GE
• Planning & realizing of the resources in the new factory
• Taking care of hiring & training of the new employees
• Taking care of the realization of the production plans
• Managing admin, indirect & direct people in the factory
• Taking care about the product quality and involved in the set-up of the quality system
• Responsible for regularly reports about quantity, quality, efficiency, HR, finance, technics
• Taking care of raw materials: transport, storage, quality, inventory
• Preparation of necessary documentation
• Participation in meetings with Hungary/Germany
• Taking care of maintenance of equipment & machines

YOUR PROFILE:
• University-technical degree (BSC or MSC)
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent language skills in English, Russian and Romanian; German/Hungarian is a plus
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Access)
• Knowledge of quality system (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485)
• Experience in usage of ERP-Systems is an advantage
• Willingness to develop and grow the Moldovan factory
