Product Owner – Mobile App, Nicosia, Cyprus (with Relocation Support)

Our client is a dynamic Ukrainian retail company undergoing rapid growth, with a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and active expansion into European markets.
As part of their strategic development, the company is building a mobile loyalty ecosystem to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. To lead this direction, they are looking for a skilled Product Owner– Mobile App, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, to oversee the full lifecycle of the mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the product backlog.
Define task priorities in alignment with the company’s goals.
Align business expectations with the capabilities of the development team.
Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and analytics.
Launch new features to the market and ensure their ongoing enhancement.
Ensure the product meets key performance indicators (KPI/OKR).

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
Strong skills in writing technical and business requirements.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or their equivalents.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI platforms, etc.).
Understanding of the digital product lifecycle.
Ability to work with customer insights (interviews, surveys, JTBD).
Higher education in management, business analytics, IT, or related fields.
