HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Plant Manager.

Company Overview: Very well-known international company within light industry that will open in a region of Moldova.

Plant Manager (region of Moldova)

Position overview: an experienced manager that will lead the operations of a light industry production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong base of experience in routine operations with a mindset oriented towards scale-up and manufacturing. This position will report to the Head Quarter in Europe.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the daily operations of a facility with focus on health and safety, throughput, and uptime
• Develop, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures, protocols, and related documents for all aspects of the process, equipment, and facility
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top performing team for the company
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, EH&S and People Operations for any resources needed ensure facility and team is operating successfully
• Import or the materials, machinery, equipment for the plant
• Handle and support all administrative tasks during the set-up of the plant
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate with production, plant management, operations experience – 3-5 years (preferably past experience in working with offshore international companies)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing a team of operators and technicians
• English, Romanian, Russian - advanced
• Excel, Power Point, Word- savvy
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new processes
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of a start-up environment
