PHP Developer/Web Developer

Hello everyone!
We need an experienced Web Developer to work with us on improving one of our online systems.
The work will include:
- testing the site for vulnerabilities
- come-up with solutions for the identified bugs
- mysql database optimization and query optimization
- OOP optimization (basically redundancy check and fix)
- CSS,HTML,JS,PHP,htaccess small fixes
The candidate needs to have:
- experience with developing LAMP + JS(JQquery)&HTML based web applications.
- a good eye for design and experience in web design (although not mandatory)
A particular language is not required, as long as we understand each other.
