REIS Group has been working in the real estate market for more than 5 years. Our portfolio includes carefully selected properties of all types, such as commercial and holiday properties which are located in well established markets like Cyprus and Dubai, as well as in new and growing markets such as Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine. Our main office is situated in Bulgaria, but we have also offices in Moldova and Cyprus.
We are actively seeking a full-time Personal/Executive Secretary who will be responsible for providing support to the founder (owner) of Reis Group of Companies. We are seeking for a dynamic, experienced , multi-tasker pleasant young woman , who understand how to plan global travel and have the possibility to travel herself.
Job Responsibilities

Specific job duties are varied and include (but may not be limited to) the following:
• Serving as the administrative support person for the owner of the company- Manage and organize his calendar and provide updates regarding upcoming appointments and sale related matters. Respond accordingly to time-sensitive mail, email correspondence and phone calls
• Coordinating all of the owner’s activities, travel, obligations, meetings and events (personal and business)- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
• Traveling with the owner of the company on complex, international, multi-location trips. The only constant is change – you’re not scared by completely changing a travel itinerary at the last minute!
• Handle personal tasks such as appointments, errands and purchases.
• Loves sport and sport activities
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
The successful candidate must be energetic, good looking and open for adventure young lady, who have the possibility to travel herself. She should possess at least Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree . Additionally, she should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Skill in the use standard office equipment and computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, network, and presentation software
• Speak fluent English ( Russian- preferable but not necessary)
• Driving license requiered
• Concise and accurate written communication skills
• Confident and precise verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and the willingness to pitch in wherever and whenever needed
We offer a start salary of 1500 euro and benefits package(accommodation possibility).
