Patient relations department manager

Job responsibilities:
- Organizing the activity of reception and distributing efficiently the work force among its areas: call center, registration and cash desk
- Cashier activities control
- Training receptionists in regard with customer service standards
- Controlling the quality of offered services : correctness of information provided to patients, data introduced in database, solutions found to customers’ needs
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in managing teams of 20 people and more
- University degree (medical education would be a great advantage, but not obligatory)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Responsibility, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
- PC proficiency (MS Office)
