Condition…
1) 20-50 hours per week (80-200 hours a month)
2) More than one year working experience as a designer
3) 3-10 days – training days
4) Who can work at least 4 month
5) Every week you can decide your own working hours
6) Payment every week for the first month
7) Once / twice a week you have to come to company and show project job
8) Who has www.facebook.com account
9) Basic English conversation
