As an Over-the-Road Assistan, you'll provide essential support to our drivers through telephone assistance, aiding in truck and trailer repairs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
Provide remote assistance for truck and trailer repairs and troubleshooting
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills
Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and solutions

Requirements:
Strong English proficiency
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Experience in truck and trailer repair preferred
