Hotel 5 star in Doha (UAE) is looking for Outlet Manager
Requirements:
Responsible for the effective running and organization of the outlet. Manager should be involved in the following function: planning, costing, delegation, evaluation, organising, cost control, interviewing, selection, discipline, setting target, counseling, standards, appraisals, training, human relation, communication and coordination. Responsible for the smooth operation and production of goods and services under his/her control and the resources available to him/her. Keeping a constant eye on the standard of the ingredients, the meals, the restaurant environment and the service.
Salary-2355$+ food + accommodation + ticket every year.
