Your Role
As an OTR Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person when drivers face technical issues on the road.
You’ll guide them step-by-step through truck, trailer, and reefer troubleshooting — helping them get back on track quickly and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Provide remote support for truck, trailer, and reefer repairs
Help diagnose issues such as electrical faults, air system leaks, reefer errors, and mechanical breakdowns
Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English
Support drivers in stressful roadside situations with patience and expertise
Keep detailed records of service requests and the solutions provided

We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of semi-truck, trailer, or reefer systems
Strong English communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and guide others clearly
Prior experience as a mechanic, technician, or roadside repair specialist is a big plus
Availability to work 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova time)
