Atob Transfer is a premium transfer service providing airport-to-airport, hotel transfers, chauffeur services, city-to-city rides, and in-city transportation. We are dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and professional transport solutions to travellers worldwide.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused support agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and providers, ensuring smooth booking processes, timely communication, and exceptional service quality across phone, chat, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Support all Atob’s operations in the platform.
- Assist customers with product/service-related concerns and guide them through problem-solving steps.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Continuously stay updated on our products/services and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Onboard new providers on the AtoB platform: review profiles, deliver training on how to use the AtoB platform and confirm prices.
- Manage the provider’s daily requests (add /approve new vehicle, request flight number, operational and connectivity issues)
- Uphold Atob Transfer’s standards for professionalism, punctuality, and customer care.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/email/chat volumes.
- Empathetic, patient, and a great listener.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
