Requirements:

- University degree.
- Knowledge of the English Language is a MUST.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work as a team and basic computer knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Providing individualized customer service of high-standard professional level
- Answering inbound live-chat/calls/e-mails
- Resolving customer support related issues and providing customer with proper solution
