Role Overview:
As an International Removals Operator, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing tailored quotations, and managing bookings for international moves between the UK and Europe. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers through the moving process with confidence. Your main goal will be to build trust with clients and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, platforms).
- Discuss and understand customer requirements, including volume, destination, and specific needs.
- Prepare and issue quotations based on company pricing structures and terms.
- Follow up with potential clients to secure bookings.
- Provide clear information about services, insurance, timelines, and customs requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and agreements in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed jobs.
- Handle any pre-booking questions and address customer concerns professionally.

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English (other European languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex customer requirements.
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to **close deals**.
- Good understanding of international logistics, removals, or transport (experience preferred but training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
