Operator Business Support

Objective:
A dynamically developing international company (with global presence) is seeking to employ an experienced English speaking professional ensuring high-level customer support services. The main responsibilities include processing customer inquires, direct contact with native English speaking customers and relative administrative tasks

Qualifications and skills required:
• University degree in business management or similar activity.
• Good oral and writing skills in English, French, Italian ,Spanish, German is an advantage.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong working ethic, responsibility and accuracy.
• Good computer skills, advanced knowledge of office tools (word processor, spreadsheet, mail client, presentation tools).
• Previous experience in customer services and multi-language environment is an advantage.
