Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
•Proactively drive and manage all areas of Gaming Operations – Customer Support, Finance and Marketing;
•Be main conduit with Platform Provider
•Oversee Customer Support recruitment and day-to-day management.
•Compile accurate and timely performance reports.
•The development of plans for all Management and Staff, ensuring sufficient trained and competent CS team to manage Fraud, Payment Processing, Acquisition and website management.
•Be responsible for setting up bonus programmes and other marketing and CRM activities.
•Ensure fully knowledge of services / products offered and update this knowledge on a regular basis
The Candidate:
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations in online gaming industry.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•Comfortable presenting to senior management.
•Driven, self-motivated, independent, dependable and passionate individual with strong leadership ability and excellent project and time management skills.
•Good business acumen and entrepreneurial sense and excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
•Willing to travel regionally and internationally as required.
•Additional language(s) would be an advantage
