We are expanding our US logistics operations and are looking for an Operations Lead who can take ownership of sales performance, team development, and day-to-day execution. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight and close collaboration with operations.
Your Mission
Oversee and coordinate a team of Logistics Sales Managers, ensuring high productivity and accountability
Lead customer acquisition efforts across the US freight markets
Stay actively involved in outbound sales activities (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Define performance benchmarks, track results, and drive continuous improvement
Strengthen client relationships and support long-term account growth
Partner with operations teams to maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction
Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and coaching initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading sales teams in a performance-driven environment
Solid background in B2B sales (freight, logistics, or transportation experience is a strong advantage)
Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to deliver consistent sales results
