Open deck / Van / Reefer Trucking Dispatcher

We are looking for experienced dispatchers to join our team!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 23:00 (UTC+2)

What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of work experience as a dispatcher with (preferably with OD, dry van, reefer trailers)
- Solid understanding of the U.S. freight market
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, stress resistance, and multitasking ability

Your main duties will include:
- Search and book the most profitable loads for drivers
- Plan and organize routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Provide support to the drivers during their trips
- Handle basic paperwork and documentation
- Maintain and update the company database with all necessary shipment details
