What You’ll Be Doing:

You won’t just manage trucks — you’ll be at the core of our business, trusted to:
Negotiate smart, high-paying loads
Coordinate daily freight for 5–6 trucks
Solve real-time problems like a pro
Be the daily point of contact between drivers and brokers
Keep operations smooth, efficient, and stress-free

What You Bring to the Table:

Fluent English skills – written and spoken
6+ months experience as a dispatcher or in logistics
Killer negotiation and multitasking skills
Calm under pressure, fast on your feet
Available for the evening shift: Mon–Fri, 15:00–24:00
