WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Payroll Officer, you are the point of contact for HR colleagues regarding questions on payroll and administration. What exactly does this entail?
• You always succeed in bringing the payroll administration for the truck drivers to a successful conclusion. Consequently, you are responsible for the accurate processing of wages and all personnel-related documents.
• In addition, together with your colleagues, you help each employee with questions in a professional and customer-oriented manner. You investigate every question further and know how to explain it, so that you can guarantee optimal service.
• Furthermore, you work together with other departments within Essers to adjust and update existing or missing information.
• Finally, you also dare to question procedures and working methods. You actively participate in optimization and automation projects concerning the payroll process.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

University degree/or student (the Economic field will be an advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of English, minimum A2
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Time management
