A company specialized in Telecommunication Site Construction is now looking for a reliable, self-organized and dynamic person with strong administrative and secretarial skills to fill the position of Office Manager
Work Tasks:
- Able to perform general and secretarial duties such as managing the reception (telephone, fax, visitors, correspondences, classification, etc);
- Providing full comprehensive secretarial services;
- Providing administrative support (travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, managing miscellaneous quotations, orders and purchases);
- Taking care of office supplies stock and distribution;
- Providing other related assistance to the administration department;
- Providing excellent written and oral translations from and to Russian, Romanian and English
