A Multinational Company is looking for the perfect candidate for the following position: Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Organize all the preliminary work for different major projects
• Control and supervise projects execution
• Provide essential feedback to the Country Representative on different operational issues
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• University graduate
• At least 2 years professional experience in Ministries, Central Public Administration Authorities, international projects and experience as an Office Manager
• PR activity is an advantage
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian, English
• Ability to make high quality translations
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and social skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Strong leadership attributes are essential
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, strong work ethics, accepts responsibility for actions, adaptable to work under pressure and extra time is essential
