Office manager

We are a coworking space for startupers and freelancers, created with the support of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from a partnership project between Technical University of Moldova and ATIC. We are part of a bigger project - Tekwill, supported by USAID.

6) Regional Seed Forum Conference
Duties:

Work closely with IHUB partners and contractors.
Respond to office calls, fcb. messages and emails;
Take care of our logistics and amnesties;
Work at the reception desk, greet people and guide guests or organize tours in the hub if requested;
Assist the team in organizing events and other programs;
Update the website and the facebook page with new content.
