Required skills:
Relevant office manager experience.
Client oriented, reliability and promptness.
Very proactive and problem solver.

Detailed-oriented, proactive professional and a problem solver.
Strong PC skills and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Excellent verbal and written skills in Romanian, English and Russian, with an emphasis on strong editing skills. Written translations, English-Romanian-English.
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and thrive in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
The Office Manager is responsible for:
Providing administrative services.
Supporting the management and technical staff.
Providing liaison with other companies and organizations on behalf of the Managers of Endava as required.
Manage the Master List of Documents of the company, Mail-in and Mail-out Registers.
Maintain and provide content management on intranet/internet sites as required, keeps up to day on Intranet relevant pages.
Distribute various forms and provide routine information and direct inquiries to the appropriate person, make phone calls to request, provide or verify information as directed.
Draft, type and edit correspondence.
Keep the existing company contacts database up to date.
Administering office equipment (photocopier, printers, coffee machines) purchase, rental, and repair.
Organize and Manage Corporate Events.
Perfecting files for visas` granting,travel, transfer and accommodation arrangements.
Management of clients` visits.
