We are private company currently employing over one hundred people. Our company offers a wide range of services, primarily to partners located in Western Europe.
To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for an Office Manager.
The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours, only day shift).
Main responsibilities include:
- Buying any goods or services required for the company.
- Conducting searches & studying offers, contacting providers.
- Estimating budgets and keeping track of expenses.
- Organizing social campaigns and company events.
- Performing administrative activities.
General qualifications required:
- University degree;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian;
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet explorer, Firefox);
- Knowledge of Russian (both written and speaking) would be an advantage;
- Work experience in a relevant domain would be an advantage.
