Company HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client is looking for candidates for the position:
Office Manager
Company:
A large international company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct sales involving retail financial transactions (cash, checks and/or credit cards);
•Daily preliminary close out of cash collections;
•Keep record of orders and invoices;
•Assist in maintaining and reconciling inventory, cash and sales receipts, financial statements and other routine reports as required;
•Assist with developing promotional materials;
•Participate in corporate training events;
•Maintain fax & email broadcasting database;
•Prepare event materials, registration lists, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English essential (both written & verbal);
•Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills;
•Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks;
•Able to work as part of an international team but also independently;
•Able to set own priorities & take initiative;
•Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues;
•Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines;
•Very customer service oriented;
•Analytical & financial skills;
•Strong administrative, organizational & planning skills;
•Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint – minimum requirements);
•Editorial communication competence, i.e. ability to text and layout company literature & promotion material.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
•College or University education, preferably at economics or marketing field;
•Previous experience in a sales & marketing type environment desirable (approx.1-3 years).
