• Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account cost, transit time and security
• Established a good relationship with clients
• Creating quote and negotiating with the customer in order to provide the best solution for his needs.
• Negotiating contracts, transportation, and handling costs
• Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes
• Acting as broker in customs negotiations worldwide to guide the freight efficiently through complex procedures
• Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit-cost analysis
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight.


Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
• English level (minimum B1)
• Report to the Senior Operation Manager the candidate will be in charge of:
• Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account cost, transit time and security
• Established a good relationship with clients and suppliers
• Creating quote and negotiating with the customer in order to provide the best solution for his needs.
• Negotiating contracts, transportation, and handling costs
• Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes
• Arranging air transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing the risk door-to-door
• Acting as broker in customs negotiations worldwide to guide the freight efficiently through complex procedures
• Dealing with special arrangements for transporting delicate cargoes, such as livestock and medical supplies
• Arranging couriers and specialist for the hand-carry services
• Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit-cost analysis
• Managing and keeping the customer update for each step of the shipment
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight.


Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
• English level (minimum B2)
• Good working knowledge of computer systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel
• High attention to details and follow standard procedure
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
• Previuos experience in logistics or customs ( advantage).
