Internship Program Overview
Endava interns are provided with education, training, hands-on experience, supervision, and networking opportunities, utilizing modern technology and information systems during their internships.
Internships are conducted in supervised by our professionals and intend to help in meeting intern's expectations regarding their professional future.
Depending on the assigned interns they might be given opportunities to be involved in training courses, and/or workshops.
Interns conclude their internships by sharing their experiences at Endava through presentations.
We always give our interns a big project working on real, shipping software.
Training regarding Endava as a company and Endava Moldova – departments, activities and processes.
Common session regarding hardware, software and services and workshops depending on the professional interest of the interns.
Project tasks in frame of a development project on which interns will need to work together and share information and knowledge with the team members.
Mentoring and personal approach for each student.

Requirements:
Top-notch computer programming skills. During the interview we'll give you some coding problems and you will blow us away with your brilliant solutions.
Minimal experience in software development projects during the studies (OOP languages).
Experience with at least one programming language (C/C++, Java, .NET/C#, PHP, Objective C etc.).
Good knowledge of SQL.
Awareness of the software development life cycle.
Good command of English.
Passion for technology.
Analytical thinking.
Good communication skills.
Team player.
