Network Performance Management Engineer

Responsibilities:
# Observation and analysis of Orange network performance;
# Clarification of incidents reasons and problems causes;
# Detect system malfunction and service quality degradation;
# Monitoring of Network KPIs;
# Daily analysis of performance statistics data;
# Troubleshooting of Network systems.

Requirements:
# University degree in Telecommunication or equivalent;
# Practical and theoretical knowledge on 2G and 3G networks functioning and exploitation, on telecommunications and data transmissions protocols;
# Knowledge of computers and operating systems Microsoft Win32;
# Work Experience in telecommunication for no less than 2 years;
# Proficiency in Romanian and Russian. Knowledge of technical English (for Telecommunication) is a must.
