Network Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technology Network Engineer with hands-on experience across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for network monitoring, KPIs analysis, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance enhancement across multi-vendor telecom environments. The role involves supporting field operations, analyzing logs and traces, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless end-to-end network performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze 2G/3G/4G/5G network KPIs including availability, accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and call performance.
Perform fault management, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for RAN and Core Network Elements (BTS, eNodeB, gNodeB, BSC, RNC, BBU, RRU/RRH, etc.). based on tools as Nokia NetAct, Ericsson ENM, Huawei U2000, etc.
Conduct device testing, integration, traces and logs analysis using tools such as Wireshark, QXDM, Mobaxterm, Putty, etc. to identify signaling failures and performance bottlenecks.
Knowledge of KPIs such as RRC, ERAB, HO, PRB, SINR, CQI, etc.
Understanding of IP basics (VLANs, routing) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in RAN testing, RF drive testing, and network optimization
Use, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other similar tools and visualization tools for performance tracking and decision support.
Execute testing and validation of LTE/5G components, including RAN feature testing, configuration validation, and performance verification.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science
1–3 years of experience in networks (RAN, Core) monitoring, support, or operations.
Experience with multi-vendor networks (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei)
